The NASCAR Hall of Fame offers a variety of educational field trips options designed for specific ages and grade levels. Trips start with orientation and activities designed to build learning from start to finish. Trained staff members will assist in your groups learning experience.
NASCAR Hall of Fame does have a recommended student to chaperone ratio based on age/grade. We offer 1 free chaperone for every 10 students. Additional chaperones will need to pay an adult group ticket rate of $18.
NASCAR Hall of Fame accepts checks and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover). If you are from a school that requires a purchase order, we can assist you.
Yes, please notify the Group Sales office at least three days prior to your visit of any changes including catering. The Group Sales office can be reached at 704-654-4437.
Cancellation notice of 3 weeks is required for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks’ notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a 12-month period.
Yes. The NASCAR Hall of Fame offers multiple options for groups to purchase lunch when booking your visit. The Pit Stop Café located inside the NASCAR Hall of Fame offers a variety of choices. Additionally, special arrangements can be made to accommodate food allergies and sensitivities as well.
You are welcome to bring your lunch and can leave them on the bus during your visit. We have a plaza in front of the entrance with plenty of seating under trees for your group. Unfortunately, NASCAR Hall of Fame does not have an inside cafeteria to accommodate outside food options.
Bus parking is available to groups that make reservations at no additional charge. Parking is available next to the NASCAR Hall of Fame on Brevard Street.
