Physically Fit & Ready to Race

Race car drivers and pit crews need to be physically fit. Ready to try a mini workout?

  • 10 Jumping jacks
  • 10 Push ups
  • Run in place for 2 minutes
  • Crab walk (hands behind your back on the floor) for 1-2 minutes
  • 10 Squats
  • Practice "high knees" through an invisible ladder 5 times

READY. SET. GO!
