What is included with a general admission ticket?
General Admission includes access to all of exhibits and interactives at the NASCAR Hall of Fame except for the Simulator rides. A Simulator ride can be purchased for an additional $5 onsite or can be purchased in one of our Combo packages.
Can I purchase tickets over the phone?
Yes, please call Guest Services at 888-902-6463 to purchase tickets over the phone.
Do I need to pre-purchase a general admission ticket to the NASCAR Hall of Fame?
No, you do not need to pre-purchase tickets to the NASCAR Hall of Fame. You can purchase them at the Box Office on the day of your visit.
Can I purchase a general admission ticket without selecting a specific day to visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame?
All NASCAR Hall of Fame tickets must have a day selected for purchase. However, if you would like to purchase a ticket valid for a future date to be determined, you can purchase a NASCAR Hall of Fame gift certificate, which can be redeemed any day within one year from the original date of purchase. Gift certificates can be purchased by calling Guest Services at 888-902-6463.
What ticket delivery methods are available?
NASCAR Hall of Fame tickets purchased online can be printed at home or delivered to a smart phone mobile device.
Is my ticket good for the entire day?
Yes, you can visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame at any time during operating hours. Re-entry is permitted by presenting your same day purchased ticket.
What is included in the Audio Tour?
The audio tour is a multimedia experience providing visitors access to behind the scenes stories of key artifacts and memorabilia, exclusive photos and interviews from industry leaders and trailblazers in NASCAR.
Are there any height restrictions on the iRacing Simulators?
Guests must be at least 54 inches tall in order to participate in the iRacing Simulators.
Where can I pick up my Combo Package items?
Your admission ticket, simulator ride voucher and lunch voucher can be picked up at the Box Office. From there, audio tours, lanyards and souvenir cups can be picked up at the Guest Services desk located in the main lobby or the Membership desk located just inside the entrance.
Where is the main entrance of the NASCAR Hall of Fame?
The entrance to the NASCAR Hall of Fame is located off of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. To access the Hall of Fame from the parking garage:
- Walk out of the Garage and head right on Brevard Street
- Continue past the Buffalo Wild Wings on your right
- The main entrance is located on Martin Luther King Blvd. between Brevard St and Caldwell St.
Where is the entrance to the NASCAR Hall of Fame parking garage?
The visitor entrance to the NASCAR Hall of Fame parking garage is on Brevard Street. There is an entrance to the garage off of Caldwell Street, however that entrance is reserved for monthly parking only.
Do you validate parking?
We don’t validate parking, however parking is complimentary for Legends and Champions members. All other membership levels receive 25% off parking. Call 704-654-4400 to learn more about becoming a NASCAR Hall of Fame member and additional membership benefits.
Does the NASCAR Hall of Fame offer oversized parking options?
Limited oversized parking is available in the 501 S Caldwell St lot by reservation only. Prices vary. To check availability and make a reservation, call 704-654-4471.

The NASCAR Hall of Fame parking garage has a clearance of 7’6”.
What exit should I take coming from I-77 North?
- Exit John Belk Freeway (I-277) North. Take Exit (1E) – South Blvd/Caldwell Street. Merge onto South Blvd.
- At the next light, turn left onto Stonewall Street. Next light, turn right onto Brevard Street.
- Entrance to Garage is on the right, just past the overstreet crosswalk

- Exit Brookshire Freeway (I-277) South. Take Exit 1E and follow to South Blvd/Caldwell Street Ramp.
