REV UP FOR LEARNING

Rev your engines and turn up your minds for a day of learning and exploring!

NASCAR Hall of Fame’s Homeschool Days allow students to learn through hands-on workshop sessions, learn about STEM careers from legends to today’s professionals, and participate in project-based learning challenges that highlight the connection of curricula to real-world application. 

Session Details:

• 45-minute sessions for K–1, 2nd–3rd, and 4th–5th grades
• Two sessions per grade band

Highlights of the Day:

STEM Learning Workshop: Spark your mind by exploring the world of STEM as demonstrated in NASCAR. Students participate in grade-level workshops and conduct experiments focused on enhancing applied learning objectives such as physical science.

Family Learning Challenge: Test your mind, body, and competitive spirit by participating in our family learning challenge. Complete a series of learning activities to earn a token in exchange for a special gift.

Investigation Stations: Delve deeper into the science of NASCAR by exploring aerodynamics, chassis and engine, speed, and other stations to complete a science exploration challenge.

Student Rate: Included workshop sessions and admission (Add on for Lunch and Sims)
Parent Rate:  Cost of admission (parents need to be in the building, but not in the session)
