What’s included in my event rental fee?
Your venue rental is inclusive of tax and service fees. The tables, chairs and linens (black or white poly) are provided complimentary. Background music is provided in many of our spaces and pending the space rented, some audio visual is included. Your rental also includes a dedicated Event Specialist that will be there with you on the night of your event.
Do you allow outside food & beverage for events?
The NASCAR Hall of Fame has its own exclusive in-house catering and bar packages.
Do you have food & beverage minimums for events?
We do not ask that you commit to a minimum. You will work directly with your event specialist to customize your menu.
Is parking included for events?
The NASCAR Hall of Fame is connected to a covered parking garage. Hourly rates vary. Parking can be paid for by guests or billed back to the master account. The garage is public and parking spaces are not guaranteed. We do have a complimentary bus lane if you decide to bus guests to our location.
Do your offer any décor or centerpieces for events?
We do not offer any décor or centerpieces at this time, however, you are welcome to provide decorations approved by your Event Specialist. We do not allow flames of any type, balloons, confetti or glitter.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
We don’t have exclusive providers except on catering. However, we are happy to assist you with referring trusted vendors for music, centerpieces, photography, etc.
Do you provide security for events?
The NASCAR Hall of Fame has standard in-house security for the building. For dedicated event security, you can work directly with an Event Specialist to make arrangements. Additional fees would apply.
Can I bring in my own signage for my event?
Free standing signage is permitted in your space. Please check with your event specialist on what items need to be provided when displaying signage in each particular space.
Is museum access included in my event rental fee?
Your rental provides access to ONLY that particular space. Contact your Sales Manager about add-on options to be able to explore more of the museum.
When can I set up for my event?
We allow a complimentary 30 minutes for client/vendor set-up. Our team has all tables and chairs set prior to event.
Do you have a dedicated smoking area?
The NASCAR Hall of Fame is a non-smoking facility. This includes our outdoor Plaza.
When can I host my event?
We are open 364 days a year. We can host both daytime and evening events depending on the date. Contact a Sales Manager for details.
