Program Description: The race experience is more than cars at the track. It is tourism, hospitality, food science and more. A racing event drives the economic industry from off-track to on-track experiences. Students will work in four areas to create and plan a single-day race experience focusing on tourism, hospitality, food and attractions, including producing an event for fan engagement.
