Race car drivers and pit crews need to be physically fit. Ready to try a mini workout?
- 10 Jumping jacks
- 10 Push ups
- Run in place for 2 minutes
- Crab walk (hands behind your back on the floor) for 1-2 minutes
- 10 Squats
- Practice "high knees" through an invisible ladder 5 times
